Structure for creativity. Play for performance.

Hello
Too much structure kills voice.
Too much freedom kills follow-through.

Most organisations don’t fail from lack of talent - they fail because people stop bringing their full intelligence into the room.

I work at the intersection of startups, corporates, and impact ecosystems.
I find the gap between what someone has built and what their customer actually needs - and I close it.
Whether that means rewriting a pitch, redesigning a partnership, or sitting with a founder carrying too much pressure silently.

Marine scientist from Western Australia. MBA (Murdoch, top of class). MAS MTEC (ETH Zurich). IDEO Design x AI. Board member at WhomLab.
Current Work
MassChallenge Switzerland: Vertical Lead, Sustainable Industry and Climate. I work with early-stage to scale-up startups across climate, water, sustainable materials, and circularity. I manage major corporate partnerships and run the LDC Climate Resilience Prize.
Squirrel Dreaming: Teaching entrepreneurship to children and coaching founders on narrative design.
BeVisioneers (Mercedes-Benz Foundation): Mentoring to impact founders building solutions at the intersection of climate and community.
The Real Ambassador: I run monthly walks in the Baden area focused on men's mental health. I do this because the human side of building something matters. Founders carry pressure silently, and that affects decisions, teams, and delivery. Paying attention to this layer is part of how I work - not a separate thing.

Workshops and Facilitation I design and run sessions that use tension, reflection, and structured play to unlock better thinking in teams. For leadership groups, innovation teams, and cross-boundary collaborations.
Not either/or.
Both.
